and i'm feeling it.
1st mistake: i didn't eat breakfast.
2nd mistake: i didn't go on my usual run.
3rd mistake: going out to run errands without a snack, at lunch time. because of this mistake #4 is almost unforgivable.
4th mistake: el pollo loco. seriously? yuck.
5th mistake: because of the sickness from mistake #4 i haven't felt good enough to eat anything else the rest of the day. so naturally, i'm starving at 9:30pm. that banana bread is screaming my name. SAVE ME!
moral of the story: tomorrow is a new day.
